Job Description

Based in Market Harborough, You'll be at the heart of this business, involved in varied and stimulting work passionately providing excellent service to each customer contact.  You'll be quoting, placing orders, liasing with suppliers arranging deliveries and service Engineers.  There is full product training provided and a performance related bonus too.

Responsibilities

This role sits at the centre of the customer experience.  You’ll be taking and processing orders, liaising with suppliers and organising engineers to ensure everything will be “just right” for the order to be fulfilled.  You’ll manage each order from cradle to grave; liaising with suppliers, arranging delivery, organising Engineers and ensuring all installation documentation and certification are issued in a timely manner.  Additionally, you’ll be renewing service contracts, providing quotes, fielding technical service calls and spotting opportunities to deliver more value to customers.

You’ll be excited to work with customers in automotive, aerospace, F1, electronics and manufacturing, and easily be able to build rapport and deliver a professional and well executed service to them. You’ll have bags of initiative to investigate and help solve customer queries, breakdowns and technical questions - and there's a strong technical team and Engineers to back you up.

Naturally, you’ll be highly organised, be able to manage simultaneous competing priorities and keep a good sense of humour with it.  You’ll have good knowledge of MS office products and CRM systems, be a delight to speak to on the phone and a real stickler for detail.

If you’re ambitious, motivated and can make positive things happen, this could be a role for you.  Attitude is important, as is the ability to demonstrate initiative.  If you have some good sales order processing, service support, administration, or customer service experience, that’s great too.

The Offer

Salary is competitive with 20 days holiday plus bank holidays rising after 3 years by one day up to 25 days, and pension.
