General Manager - Automotive - Based in Bulgaria
Are you an outstanding General Manager from the automotive industry with proven experience of managing significant operational growth? Do you have a proven track record of managing automotive component production operations, where you can demonstrate building teams and proving strong leadership and direction? Do you have experience of working in Eastern Europe and would be happy to relocate there?
Due to continued growth, and expansion, this specialist manufacturer of automotive components is actively seeking an experienced General Manager with full strategic and operational responsibility for their Bulgarian manufacturing site. Reporting to the Group General Manager, you will manage resources, processes and control systems with full P&L responsibility.
The role will be highly rewarding because the operation is expected to double its T/O within the next year and key to the success of this role will be to build a team to manage demand, resources and quality to ensure an efficient and exceptional rate of service.
The successful applicant will already have a successful and proven track record in the management of a production environment, preferably in the automotive industry, working under the framework of the quality system TS16949.
The company will provide a salary between £80,000 - £100,000 plus car, pension, bonus and will provide support with relocation.
