Head of Customer Service
This is a strategically key role reporting to the board and with functional links to the parent group, to drive the development of unique service features to enhance current competitiveness in the marketplace.
You’ll be a customer service advocate with significant experience managing teams and process flows to drive on-time delivery, establish standard operating procedures, and actively contribute to “cost of quality” improvement programmes.
You should be able to demonstrate considerable improvements to service, planning and control and have a strong background in a customer service management function.
You will be able to demonstrate first class people management, leadership and development skills together with the commercial skills, energy, enthusiasm and creativity to be a key driver and innovator in respect of driving sales, profitability and service excellence. The ability to influence and engage with colleagues and customers across all sectors of the business is essential.
This is a pro-active role and so you’ll have to be able to show proven success of building relationships with customers and colleagues with an unwavering commitment to the assured delivery of an exceptional customer experience. You must be highly organised with an eye for detail and strong administrative skills, together with the ability to effectively manage, lead and inspire a busy internal team.
Salary is dependent on experience, 25 days’ holiday and pension.
