Sales Co-ordinator - French Speaking

£18,000 - £20,000, Award Winning consumer goods business based in Northampton, exceptional growth opportunities.

Supporting the sales team, you will be the back-bone of this busy department; ensuring they have the most accurate and up to date pricelists, sales data and anything else they need to continue to drive sales of their eco-friendly products. In the in this role you will gain hands-on experience working with a wide range of retailers from pharmacies, nurseries, independent retailers to major supermarket chains and Amazon

You will gain in depth knowledge on how each retail sector operates from the sale to getting the products in stores and online you will play a key role in helping the business launch products across different sales channels.

This is a busy and dynamic role that requires someone eager to learn and who has a passion for business administration and takes really pride in their work.

With training and support you will understand the brand products and values to enable you to pitch products to various retailers

  • Complete any admin tasks associated with working with retailers this includes but is not limited to, new lines forms, promotional forms, complete sales data, raise credit notes, creating and updating price lists, completing range reviews.
  • Check online listings and ensure that ranges are being optimised to their full potential.
  • Communicate any online audits with retailers and implement changes.
  • Arrange meetings and support with administrative tasks as and when required.

Ideally you 'll have had previous administration experience, where you can demonstrate your organisational skills and your ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines. You must have excellent written and spoken skills in French and English to communicate well with other parts of the business. Most of all you have to be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be down to earth, hardworking, and passionate and fun loving.

Salary is depending on experience, circa £18k - £20k. Hours are 8.30am - 5pm. Pension scheme, 20 days' holiday entitlement + an extra day for every year worked and holiday purchase scheme.
