Supply & Cross Border Planner – German Speaking
Salary up to £30k, £3k bonus + pension. Hybrid working model, some office some remote working.
The purpose of this role is to work on the company’s supply chain planning, replenishment & cross border processes including but not limited to Sales, Inventory and Demand Forecasting, placing purchase orders and following up the transport/deliveries on a daily basis.
Drive, maintain & control the planning + replenishment processes End to End
●Create monthly signed off sales forecast, convert into demand plan and push into ERP (SAP)
●Develop and maintain demand forecast, convert into orders and follow-up with supplier and transportation teams
●Compile order book review information and present to Management
●Continuously analyse inventory to identify risks and liabilities in need of execution plan/strategy and reconciliation.
●Monitor and improve the demand related KPIs (eg. Forecast Accuracy, providing reporting to a granular level on deviations)
●Support the S&OP process
●Support stocking policies & inventory control
●Reporting & KPI tracking as per BMIs Manage, Control & Reporting process
Ideally you will have:
●Degree or equivalent in business disciplines SCM or Operations Management and several years of professional experience in the field of Sales and Operations Planning / control
●Experienced in Sales Planning
●English, German fluent (oral and written)
●Previous experience on SAP preferred
●Analytical and IT skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite), strong understanding of ERP (SAP) and forecasting software
